Who we are

ZANNiE Systems (formerly ZyberBrands) is a web, app and automation studio based in Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa. This notice explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what your rights are under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us through the enquiry form or by WhatsApp, phone or email: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the service you are interested in and the message you write. This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, if you wish to go ahead, to scope, quote and deliver the work.
• To keep a record of our conversations so we can follow up and support you.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who handles it

Enquiry-form submissions are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-to-email service, so your message passes through its servers on the way to us. This website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy notice apply to that conversation.

Browser storage

If you use the “Pause animations” control, your choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage on your own device. Nothing is sent to us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as they are needed to deal with your enquiry or to run our business relationship with you, and delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask us to.

Your rights

You can ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can object to how we use it. Contact us using the details below. You also have the right to complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa).
